The nearest airport is Reno/Tahoe International http://renoairport.com/ which is 54 miles from the venue Granlibakken Conference Center and Resort.

There is a shuttle service run by North Lake Tahoe Express which offers a transfer from Reno airport to Granlibakken (as well as other resorts in the vicinity). The travel time is approximately 1–1.5 hours. The service departs Reno airport at 11:00am, 4:00pm, 11:30pm and the return journey departs from Granlibakken at 6:05am, 12:05pm, 4:35pm. Granlibakken also offers airport shuttle service from and to the Reno/Tahoe International Airport for $90/person (single rider) or $45/person (2 + passengers). Guests wishing to book the shuttle should call +1 (800) 543-3221 seven days or more in advance. The airport shuttle is by reservation only.
